Datapages Exploration Objects (DEO), our newest GIS database, is one-year-old this month and we are celebrating the occasion at the Denver ACE conference, beginning May 31.
Come test drive DEO yourself and earn $5 to help others in need. Datapages will contribute $5 in the name of each person who visits the AAPG Center and participates in a five-minute demo/test drive of the DEO database.
Each driver can select from among three causes:
Nepal Earthquake Relief (American Red Cross/International Red Cross) – Humanitarian relief for victims of the April 25 major earthquake in Nepal.
L. Austin Weeks Undergraduate Grant Program (AAPG Foundation ) – AAPG Foundation’s Undergraduate Grant program awards financial support to deserving undergraduate level geoscience students and student-led geoscience associations (student chapters, associations and clubs).
Wounded Warrior Project – Helps American veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service.
In addition, everyone will be eligible for a grand prize drawing at the end of the show, just for stopping by. If you are not coming to Denver, at least tell your friends and give a helping hand.
And while you’re at it, check out the other amazing programs in the AAPG Center.
